Soybean futures are working both directions within 2 cents of UNCH. Earlier in the session March contracts were up by 13 cents, but are currently in the red. Meal futures are trading $2.20 to $2.90 higher with new LoC highs. Soybean oil futures are in the red at midday with losses of as much as 50 points.Â
Weekly soybean exports were marked at 1.555 MMT according to the weekly inspections data. That was down from 1.915 MMT last week but was over the 1.233 MMT shipped during the same week last year. USDA also added 85k MT to past reports, bringing the season’s total to 39.540 MMT. That is 1.6% ahead of last year's pace.Â
Brazil’s soybean harvest was 17.4% finished according to Patria Agronegocios. That trails last year’s 30% pace.Â

May 23 Soybeans  are at $15.32, down 1 1/2 cents,
