All of the OpenFeed Streaming SDKs have this functionality as long as your entitlements are set for receiving your desired exchange data by exchange versus by symbol. See Subscribing by Exchange
Contact solutions@barchart.com to request Openfeed credentials. Once received, use one of our SDKs with Openfeed support, including code samples and protocol specs, to connect and start streaming data.

Barchart’s OpenFeed provides tick-by-tick data and 1-minute bars. To simulate hourly or custom intervals, subscribe to the OHLC service and aggregate each update by comparing highs, lows, opens, and closes as needed.
