The March distributions for the Surviving Funds below represents the distributions to be paid by the combined Funds post-Reorganization. The distributions for the Target Funds below represents only the pre-Reorganization distributions to be paid to Target Fund shareholders in January and February. The Reorganizations are expected to close on February 9, 2026 and February 23, 2026. To facilitate the Reorganizations, all shares will cease trading on the NYSE as of market close on February 6, 2026 for BFK, BLE, BYM, MUE, BFZ, BNY and MHN and February 20, 2026 for MVF, MVT, BTA, BKN, MQT, and MYD. Final distributions from Target Funds will be paid in cash on March 2, 2026.
