CALGARY, Alberta, July 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shaw Communications Inc. (“Shaw”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly dividends of $0.09875 per Class B Non-Voting Participating Share and $0.098542 per Class A Participating Share, payable on each of August 30, 2022, September 29, 2022, October 28, 2022, November 29, 2022 and December 29, 2022 to holders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2022, September 15, 2022, October 14, 2022, November 15, 2022 and December 15, 2022, respectively.
