Abbastar Uranium Corp. was incorporated in the Province of British Columbia under the name 424025 B.C. Ltd. on April 13, 1992. On June 14, 2006, the Company adopted new Articles and changed its authorized capital to an unlimited number of common shares without par value. On May 29, 2007, the Company changed its name to Abbastar Uranium Corp. On July 28, 2009 Abbastar Uranium Corp. announced that its name has been changed to Abbastar Resources Corp. It is a junior exploration company engaged in the business of identification, acquisition and exploration of minerals.
