(TSX: DIV; DIV.DB and DIV.DB.A) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.01833 per common share for the period of July 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022, which is equal to $0.22 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on July 29, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 15, 2022.
