VANCOUVER, BC, July 29, 2025 /CNW/ -- JIVA Technologies Inc. (CNSX:JIVA.CN) (Frankfurt:WNT1.GF) (OTC-BB:PLTXF) ("JIVA" or the "Company") announces that it will miss its filing deadline of July 29, 2025 to file audited annual financial statements and accompanying management's discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certificates for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 (collectively, the "Annual Filings"), as required under applicable Canadian securities laws.
