VANCOUVER, BC, June 27, 2025 /CNW/ - Freegold Ventures Limited (TSX:FVL.TO) (OTCQX:FGOVF) ("Freegold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all matters set out in the Management Information Circular dated May 26, 2025 for the 2025 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 27, 2025 (the "Meeting") were approved by the shareholders holding 98,154,137 shares were voted representing approximately ~ 18.56% of the outstanding shares of the Company.
