iA Financial Group Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results

Jacques Martin, Chair of the Board of iA Financial Group, is pleased to announce that the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 10, 2026 (“ Circular ”), were elected as directors of iA Financial Corporation Inc. (“ iA Financial Corporation ”) and the nominees listed in the Information Document for Participating Policyholders dated March 10, 2026 (“ Information Document ”) were elected as directors of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. (“ iA Insurance ”).

Furthermore, iA Financial Corporation announces the election of a new director to its Board: Mr. Kenneth F. Kroner.

Mr. Kroner is a corporate director with extensive global investment leadership experience. After spending 22 years at BlackRock, where he served as Senior Managing Director and sat on their Global Executive Committee, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo). He also founded and led Pluribus Labs LLC, a global equity investment firm specializing in quantitative investment solutions.

With their vast experience and qualities, this new board member will make a great contribution to iA Financial Corporation Board’s activities.

Voting results
iA Financial Group also announces the results of the votes by ballot held at its annual meeting on May 7, 2026.

For iA Financial Corporation:

1. Election of directors by common shareholders
Each of the nominees for the common shareholders listed in the Circular was elected.

2. Appointment of external auditor
Ernst & Young LLP was appointed as iA Financial Corporation’s external auditor.

3. Advisory vote on the approach to executive compensation
The advisory resolution on iA Financial Corporation’s approach to executive compensation, was approved.

4. Shareholder Proposal No. 1
The Shareholder Proposal No. 1 - Improve shareholder participation in annual general meetings was rejected.

5. Shareholder Proposal No. 2
The Shareholder Proposal No. 2 – Advisory vote on environmental policies was rejected.

6. Shareholder Proposal No. 3
The Shareholder Proposal No. 3 - Adjust competency grid to include environmental expertise was rejected.

Final results for all matters voted on during the annual meeting of iA Financial Corporation will be submitted to Canadian securities administrators and will be available on sedarplus.ca.

For iA Insurance:

1. Election of directors
Each of the nominees listed in the Information Document was elected, five by participating policyholders and eight by the sole common shareholder.

2. Appointment of external auditor
Ernst & Young LLP was appointed as iA Insurance’s external auditor by the sole common shareholder.
