Venator additionally announces the appointment of new independent directors, Stefan M. Selig and Jame Donath, who bring extensive experience to the role including in finance, investment and regulatory affairs, following the resignation of Miguel Kohlmann from the Board. In addition to serving as Venator's Chairman, Mr. Selig also will be a member of the Board's Audit Committee. Mr. Donath will join the Board's Compensation Committee.
