CALGARY, AB,  July 4, 2022 /CNW/ - E3 METALS CORP. (TSXV:ETMC.VN) (FSE:OU7A) (OTCQX:EEMMF) (the "Company"), Alberta's leading lithium developer and Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology innovator, is pleased to announce that its change of name to "E3 Lithium Ltd.", as approved by shareholders at the 2022 annual meeting held on June 24, 2022, will take effect as of market open on Friday, July 8, 2022.
