MONTREAL, Feb. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (TSXV:NET-UN.VN) Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust (“Canadian Net” or the “Trust”) announces the issuance of 48,100 units of the Trust at a price of $7.71 per unit, which equates to $370,851 as partial compensation for the services rendered by certain members of management and the board of trustees during the fiscal year ended on December 31st, 2021. Of those 48,100 units, 29,750 units have been issued as Deferred Trust Units.
