Says the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted a Notice of Intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid from ATCO, pursuant to which the Company intends to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid for certain of its outstanding Class I Non-Voting Shares on the terms set forth in the Notice. ATCO Ltd. shares T.ACO.X are trading up $0.50 at $66.41.
