VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 10, 2025 /CNW/ - DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSXV:DME.VN) (U.S. OTC: DMEHF) (Frankfurt:QM01.GF) from the President of the Company. DME is pleased to announce that on September 9, 2025, the Arizona Supreme Court denied the City of Flagstaff's petition for Review of a Special Action Decision of the Court of Appeals in City of Flagstaff v. Desert Mountain Energy Corp. That, as a result of this decision, the entirety of the Arizona Court of Appeals' March 4, 2025, decision is upheld. The Company will have additional comments shortly.
