One of the oldest rules in investing is to watch what sophisticated money does, not what the headlines say, and right now, some very sophisticated money has quietly moved into a $0.79 pre-IPO Spatial Computing company most investors have never researched.
The roster speaks for itself. Previous Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger and SailPoint Founder & CEO Mark McClain have invested. College Football Hall of Famer Tim Tebow has invested. In total, more than 10,000 retail and accredited investors have committed over $37 million to date into a private company whose shares are still priced at less than a dollar.
The company is called Immersed. And the pattern of who is backing it, partnering with it, and building alongside it tells a story the broader market has not caught up to yet.
What the Early Money Sees
Immersed built what is, according to the company, the most-used AR/VR work software in the world. While Big Tech spent billions on consumer headsets searching for a use case, Immersed answered the question directly: work. Its virtual workspace platform lets professionals replace a physical multi-monitor setup with up to five virtual screens, and the adoption numbers suggest the answer landed.
More than 1.5 million professionals use the platform. They have logged over 2,000 years of combined working time, with users spending up to 60 hours per week inside it. It is the #1 productivity app on Meta's own Quest store. That level of sustained professional usage is rare in any software category, and it is the foundation the early investors bought into.
Experienced investors tend to look for the same signals: real users, real usage, real revenue, and a defensible position in a market that is growing rapidly. According to the company, Immersed checks each box, including more than $7 million in reported revenue to date and a professional market opportunity it estimates at more than $250 billion.
The round closes July 30. Lock in $0.79 now, before it's gone.
The Corporate Validation Stack
Individual investors are one signal. What the world's largest technology companies do is another, and the alignment here is difficult to ignore:
- Samsung entered the headset market and selected Immersed as the official launch partner for its new device
- Qualcomm, the chipmaker inside most of the world's headsets, has built a strategic relationship with the company
- Meta and Microsoft have done the same
- Immersed's own hardware, Visor, the world's lightest 4K-per-eye spatial computer, with 2 million more pixels than the Apple Vision Pro at roughly one-third the price, has drawn a waitlist of 75,000+ professionals and projected first-year sales of $71 million
Partnerships of this caliber rarely accumulate around companies without substance. When the firms that build the hardware, design the chips, and own the app stores all align with one private software company, it suggests the industry itself has identified where the professional use case lives.
The market's attention has not caught up. The industry's has.
The Part That Used to Be Impossible
Here is what makes this situation genuinely unusual. Historically, opportunities at this stage belonged exclusively to venture capital firms and institutional insiders. By the time everyday investors could participate, companies had already gone public, and the early growth, the kind Immersed has posted with its 4,000% valuation growth across previous funding rounds, had already been captured by others.
Regulation A+ changed that math. Under recent changes in federal law, everyday investors can participate in select private offerings at the same stage where Gelsinger, McClain and Tebow placed their bets. For Immersed, that means access at $0.79 per share with a minimum investment of $1,000, before any potential public listing. The company has reserved the NASDAQ ticker symbol IMRS.
That access, however, runs on a clock. The current offering closes on a hard deadline:Â July 30. After that, the ground-floor entry the early backers secured is no longer available at this price.
Following the Money
Every investor has to weigh the evidence for themselves. But the evidence here is unusually legible: founders of major technology companies invested. More than 10,000 investors followed with over $37 million. Samsung, Qualcomm, Meta, and Microsoft aligned themselves with the company. And 1.5 million professionals vote with their time.
Sophisticated money moved early, the way it usually does. The window for everyone else is measured in days.
You have until July 30 to invest in Immersed at $0.79 per share.
