Announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering in the United States of 20,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of US$4.50 per Common Share, for total gross proceeds of US$90 million. In connection with the Offering, the Company has granted the Underwriters a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 Common Shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Almonty Industries Inc. shares T.AII are trading down $0.39 at $7.43.
