CALGARY, AB, June 17, 2025 /CNW/ - Whitecap Resources Inc. ("Whitecap" or the "Company") (TSX:WCP.TO) is pleased to announce that it has priced an offering of $300 million principal amount of 3.761% senior unsecured notes due June 19, 2028 (the "Notes"). The net proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
