(CNSX:TEX.CN) (FRA:V6Y) (OTC-BB:TRGEF) ("Targa" or the "Company") today announced that, further to the Company's news release dated May 13, 2025, it has closed its previously announced private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$2,611,200 (the "Offering").
