NEW YORK , July 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Newmark announces that David Yepes has joined the company's Valuation & Advisory ("V&A") practice to lead Central America and Colombia operations, further strengthening the firm's valuation capabilities and cross-border advisory services throughout Latin America. Based in Costa Rica, Yepes will support institutional investors, developers, financial institutions and multinational corporations across Central America, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.

With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Yepes specializes in institutional valuation, investment analysis and advisory services across a wide range of asset classes, including retail, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use and development projects throughout Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. He is a Registered Valuer (RAA) and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and is currently pursuing his MRICS designation through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

His experience includes portfolio valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, highest and best use studies, market analysis and IVS-aligned advisory services for institutional real estate portfolios and investment projects. He has also participated in valuation assignments involving major retail and mixed-use developments throughout Latin America, including institutional portfolios such as Spectrum and Ciudad Cayalá in Guatemala.
