On a per-share basis, the Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 44 cents.
The bank posted revenue of $28.2 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $16.5 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $17 million, or $1.78 per share. Revenue was reported as $66.5 million.
