BZAM Obtains Creditor Protection to Pursue Restructuring and Sales Process

VANCOUVER, BC and TORONTO, Feb. 29, 2024 /CNW/ - BZAM Ltd. ("BZAM") (CNSX:BZAM.CN) (US-OTC:BZAMF) announced today that BZAM and its Canadian subsidiaries (collectively, the "BZAM Group") have been granted an order (the "Initial Order") from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the "CCAA"), in order to restructure their business and financial affairs. The Initial Order also extends certain protections to, among others, BZAM's foreign subsidiaries (the "Non-Applicant Stay Parties").
