MONTREAL, Dec. 22, 2023 /CNW/ - Alithya Group inc. (TSX:ALYA.TO) (NASDAQ:ALYA) ("Alithya" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement which, among other things, increases its existing revolving credit facility to CAD 140 million and its uncommitted accordion to CAD 50 million.
