Announced today that the trustees of Choice Properties have declared a cash distribution for the month of September of $0.0625 per trust unit, representing $0.75 per trust unit on an annualized basis, payable on October 16, to Unitholders of record at the close of business on September 29. Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust shares T.CHP.UN are trading up $0.24 at $13.43.
