CFSB BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES FISCAL FOURTH QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS

QUINCY, Mass., July 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- CFSB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQCapitalMarket:CFSB), the holding company for Colonial Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"), today announced net income of $105,000, or $0.02 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2023 compared to net income of $355,000, or $0.06 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and net income of $564,000, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2022. Net income on a non-GAAP basis, excluding the gain on sale of securities available for sale, was $558,000, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2022.
