CFSB BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES FISCAL THIRD QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS

QUINCY, Mass., April 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- CFSB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQCapitalMarket:CFSB), the holding company for Colonial Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"), today announced net income of $355,000, or $0.06 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2023 compared to net income of $341,000, or $0.05 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2022 and a net loss of $828,000, or $0.15 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2022. Net income on a non-GAAP basis, excluding the contribution to the charitable foundation established in connection with the Bank's mutual holding company reorganization, was $429,000, or $0.08 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2022.
