The AM cotton trade is working 30 to 50 points higher across the front months. Cotton futures faded in the afternoon but stayed above their session lows. Old crop contracts ended the day 30 to 52 points lower after giving back midday gains. New crop settled 18 to 47 points in the red.Â
The Cotlook A Index up 130 points on 4/11 to 96.15 cents/lb. The adjusted world price for cotton is 69.88 cents/lb, through Thursday. Â
