NEW YORK, April 3, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStay MacKay DefinedTerm Municipal Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:MMD) today announced monthly dividend distributions of $0.075 per common share for the months of April, May and June 2023. This amount represents a decrease from the Fund's January, February and March 2023 dividend distributions, which were $0.080 per common share.
