COPPELL, Texas, March 23, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- IDIS Co., Ltd. ("IDIS")(143160:KOSDAQ) and Costar Technologies Inc. ("Costar")(OTCMarketsGroup:CSTI) today announced the execution of a definitive agreement and plan of merger (the "Merger Agreement") pursuant to which Costar will be acquired by IDIS in a merger transaction.
