SHANGHAI, China, Feb. 6, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Boqii Holding Limited ("Boqii" or the "Company") (NYSE:BQ), a leading pet-focused platform in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") at its office at Building 9, No.388, Shengrong Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China, 201210 on March 27, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Beijing Time). No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") to discuss Company affairs with management.
