("MAS Gold" or the "Company") (TSXV:MAS.VN) (OTC-BB:MSGCF) (Frankfurt: 63G) is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of units (the "Unit") and Flow through units (the "FT Unit"). The Company issued 2,200,000 Units of the Company at a price of $0.045 per Unit for proceeds of $99,000 and 1,640,000 FT Units at a price of $0.05 per FT Unit for proceeds of $82,000.
