VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ - The Very Good Food Company Inc. (NASDAQ:VGFC) (TSXV:VERY-V.VN) (FSE:OSI) ("VERY GOOD" or the "Company") today announced that on November 15, 2022, VERY GOOD received a Staff Delisting Determination (the "Staff Determination") from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC ("Nasdaq"), which notified the Company that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department has determined to delist the Company's securities from the Nasdaq Capital Market.
