Barchart Releases Crop Production Forecasts for US Corn and Soybeans Above USDA Estimates

Today, Barchart released its October 2022 Yield and Production forecasts for US corn and soybeans, which indicates an increase in US crop production for both corn and soybeans.  

Barchart's forecast for corn production is 14.8B bu with a yield of 178.8 (bu/ac).  Barchart’s October yield estimate for corn is 6.3 (bu/ac) above the USDA’s latest report.

Barchart's forecast for soybean production is 4.8B bu with a yield of 52.9 (bu/ac).  Barchart’s October yield estimate for soybeans is 2.4 (bu/ac) above the USDA’s latest report.
