
Midday corn futures are trading 13 to 14 cents weaker at midday. That has Dec futures at a net loss for the week. USDA’s weekly Ethanol report showed prices were UNCH from $1.94/gal to $2.55/gal. Corn oil prices were $1-2 dollars weaker to 71-76 cents/b.
Chinese Dalian Corn Prices were down by 1.37% to 2,733 yuan as of 9/15.
The updated 7-QPF from NOAA leans mostly dry, with 1/2” rain in MO and Northeastern KS. IA is also forecasted to just 1/2” of accumulated precip in the Northeastern corner during the coming week.
France reported corn harvest as 26% finished through 9/19. That was up from 14% last week and compares to 1% during last year’s campaign.
