Troilus Gold Corp owns an interest in a past-producing gold mine located near Chibougamau, within the Frotet-Evans Greenstone Belt in Quebec (the Troilus project). The Company acquired additional mineral claims adjacent to the Troilus project through various transactions, including the acquisition of UrbanGold Minerals Inc. (UrbanGold). Collectively, these properties are referred to as the Troilus Gold property. The principal business of the Company is the exploration and future development of the Troilus Gold property. The Company manages its business under a single operating segment, consisting of acquiring and exploring mineral properties in Canada.
