PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk was established in the Republic of Indonesia on August 14, 1990 under its original name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma. The Company's activities includes, among others, establishing and operating processed food, seasoning, beverages, packaging, cooking oil, wheat grain mills and flour sacks textile manufacturing. The Company classifies its business activity in fie=ve segments namely, Consumer Branded Products Business Group, Bogasari Business Group, Agribusiness Group, Distribution Business Group, and Cultivation and Processed Vegetables Business Group. The business activities of CBP are conducted by PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. ICBP is a packaged food producers in Indonesia, with a wide range of packaged food brands. Bogasari is primarily a producer of wheat flour as well as pasta, with business operations supported by its own shipping and packaging units. The Agribusiness Group is led by Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. Its principal activities range from research and development, seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling, to the production and marketing of branded cooking oils, margarine and shortening. It is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane, as well as other crops. The Distribution Business distributes the majority of Indofood's and subsidiaries' consumer products, as well as other third-party products. Cultivation and processed vegetables group activities are conducted by China Minzhong Food Corporation Limited. Through its decades of experience CMFC has developed an integrated demand-driven operation with wide- ranging cultivation and processing capabilities.
