Northern Tier Energy LP is an independent downstream energy company with refining, retail and pipeline operations that serves the PADD II region of the United States. It operates its assets in two business segments: the refining business and the retail business. The Company's Refining segment is involved in the refining and marketing of refined products, including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and asphalt Its retail business operates convenience stores under the SuperAmerica brand and supports franchised convenience stores under the SuperAmerica brand. It also owns and operates SuperMom's Bakery, which prepares and distributes baked goods and other prepared food items. Northern Tier Energy LP is based in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
