It operates through two segments, Project Management and Construction Claims. The former segment provides fee-based construction management services. Its services include program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, troubled project turnaround, staff augmentation, estimating and cost management, project labor agreements, and management consulting. The latter segment advises its clients in order to assist them in preventing or resolving claims and disputes based upon schedule delays, cost overruns, and other problems on construction projects. The company's clients primarily consist of the United States and other national governments, state and local governments, agencies, and clients in the private sector.
