Glen Rose Petroleum Corporation (Glen Rose) owns UHC Petroleum Corporation (UHC Petroleum) and licensed operator with the Texas Railroad Commission. UHC Petroleum is an independent producer of crude oil, based in Katy, Texas. UHC Petroleum operates the Wardlaw Lease and Adamson Lease (collectively, the leaseholds), located approximately 28 miles west of Rocksprings in Edwards County, Texas. The leaseholds lie in the southeast portion of the Val Verde Basin with oil production from the field coming from the Glen Rose formation at a depth of less than 600 feet. The Wardlaw Lease consists of approximately 10,562 gross acres of which approximately 10,500 gross acres are undeveloped. As of march 31, 2011, the leaseholds included 85 wellbores. The Company's subsidiaries include UHC Petroleum Services Corporation (UHC Services), National Heritage Sales Corporation and Glen Rose Petroleum Services.
