Capella Education Company has been dedicated to giving back to the communities they operate in. Through a variety of initiatives, as shown below, Capella has developed a strong company culture around this commitment to corporate responsibility. Together for Good is Capella University's employee giving campaign. Through a spirited two-week campaign, run on an annual basis, employees are given the opportunity to participate in fundraising events, become educated on the needs that exist in their communities, and to be part of the solution to meeting these needs. Capella's Community Connection (C3) plans and organizes volunteer activities and programs that support the communities where they live and work and provide a means for Capella employees to be involved. Capella students share their experience with others, they inspire all of them to work towards something meaningful. They created the Inspire Giving program to encourage students and alumni to share their stories and connect Capella to their community.
