Bay National Corporation is a bank holding company for Bay National Bank. The Bank accepts checking and savings deposits and offers a wide range of commercial and industrial, real estate, consumer and residential mortgage loans. The Bank's primary market areas are the Baltimore Metropolitan area, Baltimore-Washington corridor and Maryland's Eastern Shore, although its business development efforts generate business outside of these areas. It offers a range of banking products, including a line of business and personal savings and checking accounts, money market demand accounts, certificate of deposits (CDs), and other banking services. It funds a variety of loan types, including commercial and residential real estate loans, commercial term loans and lines of credit, consumer loans, and letters of credit with an emphasis on meeting the borrowing needs of small businesses.
