Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end real estate investment trust created under, and governed by, the laws of the Province of Manitoba. The REIT owns, manages, leases and develops industrial, office, retail and residential properties in Canada and the United States, and holds other real estate investments. The segmented information for Canada and U.S. presented below includes the REIT's proportionate share of revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities of investment properties held in equity accounted investments which were set up to develop and operate specific investment properties.
