TORONTO, Sept. 1, 2022 /CNW/ - The shareholders of TELUS Corp (TSX:T.TO) (NYSE:TU) and LifeWorks Inc. (TSX:LWRK.TO) have agreed to a merger by plan of arrangement. Each share of LifeWorks will be exchanged for 0.5321 shares of TELUS and C$16.50 cash.
