Has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Shackelford Corporation, a group of businesses consisting of eight stand-alone funeral homes, two stand-alone cemeteries and one on-site funeral home and cemetery located in and around the Savannah, Tennessee area. The transaction is anticipated to close in early September 2022 following the receipt of regulatory approval. Park Lawn Corporation shares T.PLC are trading unchanged at $34.55.
