Investigational nomacopan is a bispecific recombinant inhibitor of complement C5 and leukotriene B4 (LTB4) currently being investigated in two Phase 3 clinical trials for use in severe pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplant related (HSCT) thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) and bullous pemphigoid (BP).
