(TSXV: DTG, OTC:ERILF) ( “Dynamic” or the “Company”), with reference to its previous news release dated April 12, 2022, is pleased to announce that today it closed the final tranche of the private placement by placing an aggregate of 10,800,000 units (“Units”) at a price of CDN $0.3125 per Unit for gross proceeds to the Company of CDN $3,375,000 at an exchange rate of CDN $1.25 for each USD $1.00.
