(OTC-BB:HCYT), a medical biosciences company, today announced that the Board approved a 1-for-1,000 reverse stock split, effective 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022. The Company’s common stock will open for trading on the OTC Exchange on Monday, June 13, 2022 on a split-adjusted basis under the current trading symbol "HCYT." The reverse stock split was approved by H-CYTE’s stockholders on March 23, 2022.
