Closed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement common shares of the Company for gross proceeds of approximately $58 million U.S. at a price of $2.34 U.S. per Share (equivalent C$3.00 per Share). An additional $2 million U.S. of the private placement is expected to close promptly following approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Voyager Digital Ltd. shares T.VYGR are trading Down $0.06 at $2.13.
