Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (“Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company (each a “Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.25 per Warrant Share at any time until May 10, 2025.
