(“SCWorx” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:WORX) today announced that on March 25, 2022, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”) preliminarily approved a settlement agreement (the “Settlement”) resolving three shareholder derivative lawsuits involving the Company.
