Announced that it has closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement. Pursuant to the First Tranche, the Company has issued 3,400,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit to investors for gross proceeds of $170,000.00 and 2,400,000 common shares in its capital at a deemed price of $0.05 per Share to certain creditors to settle an aggregate of $120,000.00 in debt. Net proceeds from the First Tranche will be used for general operations (working capital) including business development and technology upgrades. Global Cannabis Applications Corp shares C.APP are trading unchanged at $0.05.
